Refund policy

We value happy customers, so we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@pilialohagifts.com. Please note that returns will need to be mailed to the following address: P.O. Box 5775, Hilo, HI 96720.

We do not provide return labels for online purchases. The customer is responsible for return fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returning a Gift

If you received your item as a gift, a receipt or proof of purchase from pilialohagifts.com must be provided in order to for the item to be eligible. We apologize in advance as we currently do not offer exchanges.

Once proof of purchase* is established, please reach out to our Customer Service team at sales@pilialohagifts.com we will send you additional return instructions and all other criteria in our standard return policy applies. 

  • *Acceptable proof of purchase is either the original order number that starts with "SP", or the original purchaser's name or email.

If an item was purchased on sale, the item will not be eligible for return.

All gift returns will be issued store credit in the form of an e-gift card for purchase value.

All items must be in new, unused condition.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
