This bag features the Hakalama on one side and the Hawaiian flag on the other over white. There is another option in all black too.

For those that may not already know, the Hawaiian language was banned in 1896 and was barely spoken for many generations. Gratefully, there have been lots of people over the years with the passion and drive to revitalize this beautiful language. Today, 'Ōlelo Hawaiʻi (Hawaiian) is an official language of the Hawaiian Islands, together with English.

The hakalama is a chant developed by a kumu (teacher) to teach children the Hawaiian language syllabically.

The bag itself is made of polyester with a zippered closure for added safety and adjustable straps for extra comfort. There is a pocket conveniently located on the inside.
